Harvey L. Okun, J.D.*
Managing Director & Client Services
Harvey is Managing Director with the Okun Financial Group. He graduated with honors from the University of Maryland. While there he was nominated to become a member of the John Marshall Law Honor Society and was President of the Psychology Honor Society.
Harvey graduated from University of Maryland Law School with a Juris Doctorate Degree. His first job was with the Baltimore City Solicitor’s Office where he was the attorney for the School Board and Labor Commissioner. After his public service, he began his private practice in law.
He has been active in the community, wherein he served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Casey Cares Foundation, an organization dedicated to helping critically ill children and their families. Additionally, Harvey volunteers with the Alzheimer’s Association.
Harvey is happily married to his fantastic wife, Kathie Okun, the highly respected President of Okun Financial Group. They are extremely proud of their daughter, Jaclyn, an Honor Student at the University of Maryland.
